RULES AND CONDITIONS

  • Minimum stay: 4 nights hight season / 3 nights medium / 2 night  low season
  • Check in: between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM ( to be agreed on the phone )
  • Check out: 10:00 AM
  • Sorry, No pets allowed
  • Free Parking in gated courtyard
  • Free WI-FI in the house and in the garden
  • Children: free cot for children under two years
  • Linen: bed linen and towels provided.
  • Final cleaning: 80,00 Euro
  • No parties/events
  • Keys: at your arrival.
  • Heating: Not included , Euro 15 per day.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation is required to guarantee the reservation.

Free cancellation within 14 days before the arrival, the deposit will be refunded.

From the 14th day the deposit will be withheld.

No refund to no-show und interrupted stays.

Payment

It is possible to pay cash at the arrival or with a bank transfer before the arrival date.

No Credit/Debit card.
